Our symbol depicting a block print of the Senegal Owl with the rays of the sun has been used since the company was established back in 1977 during the midst of a recession, shortly after the second Oil Crisis. The wisdom of an animal living in darkness alongside the brightness of the sun represents both the antagony and coexistence of light and dark. This was the basis on which the company needed to survive, and we believe it will continue to be so in the future.
